After downloading the MesaSuite installer, your browser may label the MesaSuite installer as an unsafe program, Windows SmartScreen may do the same and try to prevent you from running it.
MesaSuite is completely safe, these detections are false-positives caused by MesaSuite's installer not having a digital signature. This issue will be addressed in the future.
